By accessing or using the services provided by Spatial Metrics Studio, you agree to be bound by these operational terms.

Service Scope

Our methodology involves volumetric mapping and material specification. We do not provide architectural stamping unless explicitly stated in a secondary contract.

Permitting Liability

The client assumes full responsibility for acquiring necessary structural modification permits from local regulatory agencies (e.g., Seattle DCI) prior to phase 3 deployment.
